Ellrico Parulian Situmorang is the founder of Parulian Situmorang & Partners which has been rebranded as PSHP Law. He leads the Dispute practice in PSHP Law and specializes in the area of commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring, bankruptcy and arbitration.

 

During his experience of more than 15 years, he has advised government agencies, high net-worth individuals, state-owned enterprises, national companies as well as multi-national companies. Under his belt, Ellrico has experience in advising and representing clients in disputes within a wide array of sectors, such as shareholder disputes, aviation, shipping, oil and gas, investment, capital market, and land acquisition.
