The merger is effective as of 8 January 2026, with all existing client matters continuing seamlessly under the combined firm. PSHP Adrem Law is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and advises domestic and international clients on Indonesian law matters, including cross-border transactions and disputes.

Ellrico Parulian Situmorang, Managing Partner of PSHP Adrem Law and head of its Dispute practice, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, white collar, and restructuring/bankruptcy. Named to Asian Legal Business’ “Indonesia’s Rising Star Lawyer” in 2020 and “Litigators of Asia” in 2024, Ellrico is known as the “go-to lawyer” for corporate and debt restructuring, with extensive experience representing clients in BANI, ICC, and SIAC arbitrations. As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb), he maintains a global network of arbitration professionals and is registered as a legal consultant with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.
Dovy Brilliant Hanoto leads the Employment practice and co-heads the Dispute practice at PSHP Adrem Law. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation advising clients in the manufacturing, trade, aviation, employment, and competition sectors. With deep experience advising both domestic and offshore entities across multiple sectors including aviation, financial services, and manufacturing, Dovy is recognized for his comprehensive approach that combines extensive legal knowledge with keen awareness of business environments and trends. Avinash Anil Panjabi, head of PSHP Adrem Law’s Projects and Energy practice and co-heads its Corporate M&A practice, brings over 20 years of experience advising on Indonesia’s largest and most sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, project development, and foreign investment transactions. Widely regarded as an expert in the power, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors, Avinash advises government agencies, independent power producers, exploration and production companies, and lenders on major energy and infrastructure projects. Nathaniel Mangunsong, head of PSHP Adrem Law’s Corporate and M&A practice, contributes over 20 years of expertise in corporate and commercial matters, including fundraising, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and startup growth. After more than a decade at international law firms and multinational companies, Nathaniel served as general counsel at leading Indonesian technology companies, where he oversaw their growth through multiple fundraising rounds, M&A transactions, and regional expansion across Southeast Asia.
